Scoop’s fourth and fifth grade program builds on all skills and concepts learned in third grade. The focus remains on the important elements of the game of lacrosse, including cradling, catching, throwing, shooting and defense. Fun games and game situations are stressed. Games are once a week for several weeks and provide the girls an opportunity to further develop proper positioning, game concepts and game strategy.

The fourth and fifth graders use a regulation lacrosse stick, protective eye gear, and a mouth guard. They play Scoop Lacrosse twice a week for several weeks in the spring, with both travel games against outside teams and intra-league games.
